Photo[edit]

I'm affraid the photo illustrating this article is not the right Ernest Vaughan. The one of the photo is Vaughan, director of the french newspaper L'Aurore which published Zola's "J'Accuse !" on January the 13th 1898. --195.115.75.65 (talk) 14:58, 27 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the following rationale for removal of the photo from the article page.
{db|reason}{incorrect image. The photograph sourced from the Tucker Collection at the New York Public Library cannot possibly be the 4th Earl of Lisburne. The picture bears no resemblence whatsoever to a picture of the 4th Earl in the collection of the Vaughan family, Earls of Lisburne, see Wikipedia Trawsgoed entry. While the reverse of the picture card from the NYPL shows the name Vaughan this cannot be the 4th Earl of Lisburne as it would have been marked Lisburne at the date the picture was taken circa 1863-73. the picture needs to be replaced with a correct image of the 4th Earl of Lisburne JVCrosswood (talk) 12:07, 28 September 2012 (UTC)}Ernest Vaughan, 4th Earl of Lisburne.[reply]
Both JV Crosswood and IP 195.115.75.65 agree it is not this Vaughan, even if they can't agree who it actually is. Arjayay (talk) 16:53, 30 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]
