Issues[edit]

The lede is two short sentences, so fails WP:LEDE which should summarise the whole article essentially as a stand alone precis section.
No reliable third-party sources
Too few citation and those that are there have too few details, such as "Irish Times". I suggest using the full citation templates {{cite web}}, {{cite news}}, {{cite journal}}, etc., found at WP:FURG or at the individual templates.
External links in the prose should be replaced with citations, or external links, instead of linking prose to external links.
Prose is probably too long for the topic.

Declaration of interest[edit]

I have worked on some of the cases cited in this article and I am the third and fourth named author on two of the Lexology articles cited. I do not believe that this amounts to a conflict of interest but belive that this should be disclosed in the interests of transparency. The more commercial links on this page pre-date my editing. EU Insolvency Regulation[edit]

If I'm not mislead the Examinership described here is the "Company examinership" referred to in Annex A of the EU Insolvency Regulation (1346/2000). This fact should be mentioned. (Also, if my guess is incorrect, the relationship of this proceeding to the Regulation should be clarified in my view.) This is particularly interesting for non-Irish readers, as a Scheme of Arrangement under English law isn't (part of) a proceeding recognised under the Regulation.
