Why?[edit]

If this piece of information is relevant enough to include in this laughably brief article, then, given that this is an encyclopedia, would it not be appropriate to explain WHY this barrier is considered safer in the text of the article itself rather than just lazily providing a footnote justification for including the statement in the first place? -70.251.93.156 (talk) 16:42, 6 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
