Question

[edit]

What does John Bercow have to do with Naomi Campbell? Not clear from the article, not even who he is, which will not be known to many non-British readers. A quick google scan lets me think they went out together? Is that notable? Xodó (talk) 20:09, 11 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Aretha Franklin

[edit]

Why isn't there any discussion to the similarity between this and Aretha Franklin's "Think"? The resemblance is uncanny. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.99.49.52 (talk) 14:05, 2 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Composition

[edit]

"Freedom! '90" sampled Aretha Franklin's 1968 song "Think" and James Brown's "Funky Drummer". removed unsourced `MarioNovi (talk) 06:35, 9 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Cover versions"

[edit]

This section really doesn't deal with true cover versions of the song. Most of the things listed are just a case where the song was used/sung on television, in a movie, etc. I suggest changing the header to "In Popular Culture" or something of the like. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Matthewlyness (talkcontribs) 03:28, 2 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"Music Video"

[edit]

Does anyone else think the section on the music video is a little... poorly written?

"Male Models in Music Video"

[edit]

The section on the music video, talking about the various models that appear in the video, completely ignores the two male models that appear in it. If anyone is interested in adding this information, the two male models that appear are Mario Sorrenti and Todo Segalla. (Sorrenti appears with the lamp, Segalla hangs upside-down in his boxers.)

Freedom! '90Freedom '90 – There is no exclamation mark in the name of the song. 2601:8C:4001:DCB9:D0B9:3847:B5F:CCA6 (talk) 03:18, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Quick Google search shows reliable sources with the !. This should be discussed. TonyBallioni (talk) 03:29, 14 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • A google search of itunes freedom george michael will show the results of Freedom! '90. As far as I am concerned, case closed. But taking it a step further, I removed itunes from the search criteria, and was still shown those same results. Now, my questions is - does Freedom 90 qualify as a plausible redirect? No punctuation, just name and number. I do not support the move based on search result evidence, but I would support creating Freedom 90 solely to redirect to Freedom! What does the artist want to tell us?

[edit]

There is little information about that, compared to the long section about the video.2003:EC:9BC2:3300:4E2B:7488:7240:FAB2 (talk) 18:07, 5 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
