I have restored that article assessment to start class based on the criteria listed here. The article much more closely resembles the start article example than the stub example. The criteria to meet start class was lowered quite significantly when C class was introduced and, given the amount of information included, the reference, infobox, and image, the article certainly meets the basic requirements for a start class article. --Jezebel'sPonyoshhh 16:34, 6 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
