Fair use rationale for Image:Aaa08.jpg[edit]

Image:Aaa08.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Authenticity of sex scenes in AAA[edit]

It's been questioned how much of the sex involving Bay in All About Anna is actually real. Clearly Ovidie goes down on her, but there's little visible penetration or anything of that nature in Bay's straight scenes (contrast Daly's very explicit blowjob), and none of it is in shots where Bay's face is clearly visible. I don't have access to the DVD commentary but apparently it suggests, without saying outright, that those scenes were faked. In view of this, should this article claim outright that they are real? 70.243.41.80 (talk) 04:23, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

None of the four audio commentaries make any such claim or suggestion. If you check out the hardcore version of either the producer's cut or the director's cut, both available on DVD, you can't seriously doubt that her scenes were faked; even though some of the camera angles are discreet, it's pretty clear that there is actual penetration, and to my knowledge Gry Bay has never claimed otherwise. In fact, on her audio commentary she complains that in the first scene the guy playing Frank actually comes inside her! --Minutae (talk) 16:55, 1 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
She never claimed the scenes were real, I don't know where you read that, nowhere in the DVD discription does it state her scenes are real and she has never said they are real, I don't really doubt they are fake since her face is not seen during the penetration shots.

Does this warrant further discussion? Whether it is true or not, it has not been established to be notable. While it may be the talk of men's rooms or what have you, this sort of content, without any proper sourcing at all, is simply gossipy junk, that is completely unencyclopedic. Do any other bios of this actor mention any of this nonsense? And what of the above contributor's claims? If this material is to be added, it must be sourced strongly, and notability must be established. Please refer to WP:BLP, and consider the reason why you are here, and what this really adds to the article (and weigh it against how possibly false or even underreported negative claims could damage a person's career and reputation). -Andrew c [talk] 00:49, 12 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]
