Suggested move[edit]

I suggest this article should be moved to either Haitōrei or Haitō Edict. The -rei means "edict" or "law, rule, order", etc. The present title is redundant. It says "edict" in first one language, then the other. It should be one or the other, but not both. This is standard practice. One would not say, for example, the "Rio Grande river". Or more relevant to Japan, one can say "Fuji-san", or "Mount Fuji", but NOT "Mount Fuji-san". Boneyard90 (talk) 20:53, 20 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
