Plans for expanding article[edit]
I have plans for adding summaries for each chapter, as well as a section on the different ranks of demon nobility. I also plan to separate the character section into demons and humans, in an effort to organize a bit more. I don't know what to include as reliable references, because obviously this all comes from the story, and I don't know how to cite passages from the story... if anyone has an idea, that would be greatly appreciated, because I would hate to see my first Wikipedia article to be deleted.

- Well, do you mind me giving you a hand? I found reliable references for the volumes and start of serialization dates. Will add them soon. Citing passages from the book? I think I know how... Some comments[edit]
Expand the plot section really.
Characters section is always the weak spot of anime/manga article. Avoid trivia, stuff you can't prove and word expressing a personal opinion like seems or look like. The characters descriptions is not here to introduce more plot because there is a plot section for that. Sources whenever possible character description with chapter + volume references.

An usual mistake is to be in-universe when writing the article. For example organizing the characters section between humans & demons is already in-universe not helping much non-initiated readers to understand better the article. A section dedicated to the different ranks of demon nobility won't be great too unless you can prove why it's relevant to understand plot, not redundant with other part of the article and not travia & unecessary fancruft. Yea not an easy things to do.

Notability assessment June 17, 2009[edit]
Hana to Akuma 4 vols - ongoing series by Hisamu Oto. No Anime News Network reference. As already mentioned, it's licensed in Hong kong & Taiwan. There is currently no licensor in US/UK, France, Germany, Italy & Spain. There is an up to date scanlation fellowing the manga even if they screwed up the number of chapters of vol 4 (a 300 pages volume can't exist :p).
Ok the prospect is not good but not totally bleak. A well written article can give you more time to find more evidences of notability. On that area you should look for how well will fare volume 5 in the shojo chart. Volume 4 ranked 7 in the April Shojo sells chart [1] that alone isn't enough to prove notability but once again it will buy you more time. --KrebMarkt 08:55, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

- Rather bad but it's not critical. We have to do with it. I'm really interested on how will well will sell volume 5 if it ranks in the chart then that will be one more step to assert notability. Best hope for this series is to have volumes releases routinely ranking in the charts, licensing outside Asia, adaption in anime. Adaptation in anime series with broadcast in Japanese TV (so excluding OVA) is automatic pass for notability. --KrebMarkt 15:54, 17 June 2009 (UTC)

Hello, I am new to the WikiProject Anime and Manga. I'm quite familiar with this manga and could find information about its notability. For example, on MyAnimeList it has a ranking of #204 and popularity of #208.[1] It has a 4.3 star rating on goodreads with over 10,000 ratings. [2] And, as a manga in the Shojou genre from 2007 that managed to reach 10 volumes and maintain a positive rating from anime fans even 13 years later it is notable for establishing many tropes that are now popularized.[3] --Pisces Unicorn (talk) 21:11, 19 January 2020 (UTC)
