Hello, I just added a picture of the old Harmony Society warehouse (built in 1809 in Harmony, Pennsylvania) to this page as an example of Harmony Society architecture that one can see in the Harmony Historic District. Hope this helps. Geneisner (talk) 12:11, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Merge?[edit]

Should this article be merged in with the article about Harmony, Pennsylvania, since the "Harmony Historic District" is part of the very small town of Harmony, PA? Just wondering. Geneisner (talk) 11:51, 19 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Rapp's Seat[edit]

Is the picture of "Rapp's Seat" really relevant to this article? It's a natural rock formation on a hill near Harmony, PA that Rapp (supposedly) sat on to look over the commune. I would say that it's certainly not as important as the Harmonite architecture. Is it really a main part of the Harmony Historic District? I've been there, and I would say that it only has very slight significance (though it is a pretty place, and I liked the picture.) Anyhow, I think the picture of Rapp's Seat is fine in the Harmony, PA, article (where it is), but I'm not so sure it's needed here (where it looked crammed and jumbled in the article), and I really don't think it's necessary in the George Rapp article either (so I removed it from there too.) Just my two cents. Geneisner (talk) 22:45, 20 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
