List of works?

[edit]

How about putting a list of his works, his writings/novels, and their titles in the article on here? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.94.179.105 (talk) 04:48, 12 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Eat a car?

[edit]

There was a lot of talk, years ago, decades ago, among his fans, that the celebrated Southern writer of fiction, Harry Crews, had set out to eat a car. The idea was so entirely absurd that it grabbed a lot of attention. Crews had supposedly announced that, to prove a point, he would grind up, piece by piece, an entire automobile, and ingest it. Does anyone else remember this? Maybe it was a character in a Crews novel. Maybe I'm just having a Mandela moment. rags (talk) 02:49, 10 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
