Thanks for the comments. Certainly in the field of antique weapons Harvey Withers is recognized, and has played a significant contribution in documenting especially edged weapons. I appreciate there isn't lots of references, comments and reviews online, but this is due to the experts and dealers in this specialist field (antiques) aren't very web savy so don't put everything online but write in magazines etc. That said the books Harvey has written are an enduring historical record of edged weapons from as far back as 1400 AD.
