"Many of these RNAs share a similar structure composed of three stem-loops. [1]"

The paper corresponding to reference [1] contains nothing about a "similar structure composed of three stem-loops". That's a very interesting point but I don't find any research article or review about this three stem-loops similar structure.

It would nice if someone could help.
