I agree that the character list should be edited to some extent. It would probably be for the best if the table was removed along with the majority of the pictures. The descriptions could be a bit better, I was rushing to finish when I decided to do that. Also, I think the character should be split into groups (major characters, minor characters, etc.), although at this point I find it hard to distinguish between these, I've only read around three volumes of the series and I'm not entirely sure how characters will show up in the later bits of it. Besides that, the characters from Palphlagonia and whatever happens after that point should be added, I might do the later. Wiki Pity (talk) 03:59, 26 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Right, using semi-colons and colons seems to be the preferred way to format a character list. There are only four volumes, so it is a bit hard to scale the importance, but it seems like Eumenes himself is the only consistent character; it is probably best to break the characters up by arc/city they live in. I took the opportunity to edit some things and reformat the character table a bit. Grammar should be improved, and the Character section - though more bare - should fit more to other anime/manga-related handling of characters. To be honest, I actually prefer the table look and like the amount of pictures the original editor put in - but I suppose one must conform to the Wikipedia standards. This article is only a beginning, but then again, so is the manga. Eumenes' picture is kept because he's the lead, Barsine because she's hot and has a cover page for herself, and Aristotle just because (okay, it's because his description is long enough to put a picture there without making it too garish-looking).

Things that need to be done: expand the Critical Reception section, expand and retouch the Characters section (needs the whatshisname Manipulative Bastard to complete the "Cardia" arc characters; needs to fill up the roster on the "Paphlagonia" arc; and then we have to split the characters into Eumenes himself, the "Introduction" arc characters, the "Cardia" arc characters, and the "Paphlagonia" arc characters). Because the scanlations haven't finished volume 4 yet, and I can't read Japanese, I'm afraid someone else will have to fill up on the characters in the latest arc (whatwasit, Biological Institute something-something?). 68.104.62.41 (talk) 05:03, 4 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed most of the pictures except for Eumenedes himself, as part of completing the reformatting. I think it looks a lot better without them.
