What happened to the information about State owned business enterprises in South Dakota?[edit]

I am sure there used to be information about the State owned Progressive movement business enterprise (insurance, cement making, even selling gasoline) that used to exist in South Dakota - set up after 1919 and, in the cast of the State owned cement works, only sold a few years ago.
