I noticed that the page was quoting only state.gov and was pretty much a verbatim copy&paste from there. There are no IP issues because the source material is public domain, but there may be the usual NPOV issues that come with single source articles. By the way, the articles citations also link to a newspaper article. However that article is also about the same primary source material, and the sentence source inside the Wikipedia article is copied verbatim from the source to the newspaper article. --77.56.210.240 (talk) 19:25, 21 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]
