Removal of former international players - A McGibbon and N Bennett[edit]

Given that the inclusion of these two players comes from a cited and reputable source I think it might have been more appropriate to have added a note here on the discussion page regarding concerns about their inclusion, rather than just removing them. Even when a player is uncited, I think giving the editor the option to find a citation is appropriate, but when the inclusion of the information is cited it is imperative that its removal is discussed.

I have included once more Norman Bennett. He was also known as Billy Bennett and was at St Mary's and played for England (here are his stats at scrum.com). I am not sure where you look for a list of players on RFU.com, perhaps this can be indicated in a reply to this message?

With regard to A McGibbon, I confess I can find no other reference to him and therefore would not be comfortable adding him once more until something more could be found. Perhaps a mispelling of the name occured in the newspaper article.Kwib (talk) 08:05, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

David Rocyn-Jones and RN Wade[edit]

Similar comment to above. Regarding David Rocyn-Jones, he was a former president of the Welsh Rugby Union, and therefore warrants a reference in the article, if separate from the "Internationals" area. With regard to RN Wade, as with A McGibbon above, I confess I can find no other reference to him and therefore would not be comfortable adding him once more until something more could be found.Kwib (talk) 08:38, 5 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]
