InterimInterim (album) — Most people searching for interim would probably be after the word, meaning transitional or something similar. See Whatlinkshere for evidence. Dangherous 23:46, 17 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. The concept is much more notable than the album. I'm not sure what kind of article should be at Interim, but it shouldn't be this one. Croctotheface 11:26, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. What would an article about the word/concept of "interim" be besides a definition? Wikipedia is not a dictionary. In the absence of any other encyclopedic uses of the term "interim", the album is fine where it is. —Josiah Rowe (talkcontribs) 21:57, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. There are too many links coming in to the article which are not about the album. This will only create confusion for readers. There can be a disambig page saying "Interim can refer to, a) a time in between, or b) the album". See the example at Witches' Brew to see what I mean (most incoming links were for potion). Patstuart(talk)(contribs) 22:22, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Question Should there be links to the term 'interim' expecting an article on 'interim' (a fairly common word) or should all those references be delinked? Hmains 22:54, 26 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Discussion[edit]

Add any additional comments:

There seems little point in deciding either way until there is some other article competing for the title. I don't necessarily support the move, but nor do I see why it's listed on requested moves at this time, it could have just been done IMO. If there's any controversy following the move (with or without a survey) it will just end up back here anyway. But if that happens, by then we'll have some material on which to base a decision.
