Demographics[edit]

The claim in the demographics of 66% African American and 35% Latino doesn't really add up (66 + 35 = 101). While there are a few Latino African Americans, there aren't many, and there are some other groups there as wellTotensiebush (talk) 18:37, 3 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There is no section about the environmental injustice present in the Iron Triangle. Yes, it says that the demographics are 66% African American with a growing Latino population, but there is no content about the health effects of living in between three major railroad tracks. Not only are their health effects not represented in this article, there only exists a comment about its high crime rate. Perhaps living in toxic conditions breeds violence/crime? There should a serious discussion about environmental justice concerning Richmond, CA. Teresayu1 (talk) 22:55, 2 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Southern Boundary[edit]

I have heard the southern boundary of the Iron Triangle district described as: A) Ohio Avenue B) Cutting Blvd C) I-580 D) The railroad track south of I-580. I have no idea which of these 4 options is canonical, or if a "canonical" definition even exists. - Richfife 04:52, 30 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]

the broader definition is the southernmost which is I-580 but most people that far south don't feel they live in the iron triangle, the railroad tracks is the most commonly aggreed upon border, Atchison Village residents dont consider themselves to be iron triangle residents nor do belding woods residents on the far eastern end.T ALKQRC2006¢ʘñ†®¡ß§ 23:33, 29 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Is the few blocks North of Kennedy High School (e.g., Cutting, Overend, Taft and Wall Avenues, etc.) generally considered to be within the broader definition of the "Iron Triangle"?
