Regnal number[edit]

Have never seen him described as John II before, only John the Younger. Is there a reference for the use of a regnal number here? Otherwise perhaps the article should be moved to John the Younger, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg or simply John, Duke of Schleswig-Holstein-Sonderburg. His uncle John the Elder is also numbered John II - whereas on the German Wikiipedia, he is numbered John III in the text but not in the title - all pretty confusing...
