Title[edit]

Since it is more widely known as "The Final Dimension", shouldn't the article page by "The Final Dimension" with "The Sorcerer" being the "aka" portion? The posters, DVDs, and television spots all list the title as "TFD" and not "TS". Bignole 14:03, 8 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Moved to the correct page, seeing as it's called "The Final Dimension" in all USA promotional material, and when it was released here. The other language Wiki's can use the appropriate titles for their countries. Bignole 00:07, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One could argue in favour of the UK title as well since the English wiki also caters to the British and not just the US. The movie is also a joint UK/French/Canadian production which favours their chosen titles over the US one. The on-screen title on both the UK and Canadian release is Highlander III: The Sorcerer while the French is simply Highlander III. Ferdinandhudson (talk) 17:54, 21 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I think the page should be moved again. You can argue about whether the original title should be used (Highlander III: The Sorcerer) or the more widely-used title (Highlander: The Final Dimension), but the movie was only ever titled Highlander III: The Final Dimension on a DVD cover. The on-screen title is just Highlander: The Final Dimension (with no III in it) and the promotional material also uses this title. May sound like splitting hairs, but I've seen furious arguments over things that seem even more trivial, such as whether it's just Clerks or if it's Clerks. with the period. Film length[edit]

The timing for the theatrical cut can't be correct. It should be shorter than either of the US DVD releases. They added the sex scenes thus raising the film to an R rating. Given that, the length of the theatrical cut would be approximately 95 minutes.
