Biography Impetus[edit]

I met Dr. Steinacker in May 2023 at the Rise of AI event in Berlin. I was impressed with her summary of her thesis and went looking online for additional information. Based on the volume of search results - which included some rather notable things like interviewing Angela Merkel and Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie – I was surprised that she didn't have a Wikipedia entry and decided to create one. Also, it's nice to highlight someone whose career revolves around helping others and the public benefit.

I started with early history, academics and a quick summary of career. I included some information on the support she received for her academic career, as I believe that it helps provide insights into her as a person.

I've not yet tried to summarize her work as a journalist, her public speaking, or her academic publications (other than her BA and PhD theses), but hope to find time for this in the future.

For anyone else who'd like to pick up the pen, here are some references that I've not gotten around to integrating:

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Needs translations for the German de links. Some of them are visibly translatable.
