Merge proposal[edit]

They really should be merged together, because, the text and everything else is totally identical and there is no use wasting space on two identical articles with different names. I generally think that Terminus Dam should be merged into Lake Kaweah (they both go under the name Lake Kaweah) and the text rewritten with a Lake Kaweah and a Terminus Dam heading. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Themaeeandhisfriend (talkcontribs) 15:27, 19 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. Dams and Lakes should have their own seperate pages. Maybe each article could use some editing to make them distinct. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Philm555 (talkcontribs) 07:42, 22 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Given the enormous energy of this 1.5-year-long discussion, I'm closing as "no consensus", and cutting out the lake-related information from the dam article. The main content difference is the infoboxes. --Alvestrand (talk) 02:53, 16 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
