Coming to the first page, the reader finds no mention of latus rectum; the article starts by discussing conic sections. A search of the article reveals that the phrase appears in, if I remember correctly, the parameters section. Who knew? It's very confusing.
Some mention of latus rectum has to appear at the beginning of the article - that is the title, after all.
