Untitled[edit]

On her twitter account, she started some drama with her co-worker from Days of Our Lives, Melissa Reeves. She twisted the truth and made the baseless accusation publicly that Melissa Reeves is racist. She made this accusation because Melissa Reeves had “liked” a post by Candace Owens (who is a black woman). The post claimed that Black Lives Matter pockets a lot of the money donated to them, and also sends a lot of donations to the Democratic Party, and that Black Lives Matter is not actually helping black lives. The actor who plays Eli Grant in Days of our Lives “liked” Linsey’s post accusing Melissa Reeves of being racist.

Because of Linsey Godfrey’s post, many people began attacking Melissa Reeves on Twitter. Many people said they had been fans of Melissa Reeves for years, and were very disappointed to hear that she is a racist.

About the same time this scandal happened, Melissa Reeves left the show for a long time, saying that she lived in Nashville, TN, and that it was too hard for her to travel back and forth. — Preceding unsigned comment added by SlowStudent (talkcontribs) 20:05, 20 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
