I have translated the following article which was declared as a charity and even free to copy, reprint and for free distribution as long as we acknowledged the source. Mandalay Prophet’s day Diamond Jubilee Magazine, pp 82, 84, 85, 86 & 87, “Islamic History Catalogue of Mandalay Radanabon (Mahar Prophet day Diamond Jubilee and anticipation to 150th. Anniversary of Mandalay)” by Maung Maung Gyi (Man) [History Researcher]The scan of the book in Burmese language could be read here.[1] He had done the Research/development, field works, practical surveys, took photos, recorded the interviews of Masjids with the following research works_

  1. Land history
  2. Wakaff or donation deeds
  3. Constitution/Rules and Regulations
  4. Maps
  5. Recent recognition of the government
  6. Field research
  7. Establishment history of Mandalay Radanabon
  8. History of Mandalay, basic and essential documents

Improved with the help of the National Literacy Award winner Chin U Ba Thein’s review, assessments and suggestions. Published in 1972, 1982 and 1992. Distributed to the relevant authorities of the Masjids for verification and correction. Published the updated edition in, “ Islam’s Myet Wun (Eye) Magazine” in 1995.
