Removed hatnote[edit]

There aren't any other things that are buffers or related to buffers that might need articles on Wikipedia, so I removed the disambiguating hatnote that wasn't disambiguating anything. See WP:NAMB. This situation didn't seem to come close to the exceptional circumstances for leaving them mentioned in that policy (especially, as this article doesn't have high SERP ranking).
