Is it appropriate that an entire entry be a quote from another source? I know it would be a copyvio normally, but the whole thing is in quotation marks with the source at the end. Could somebody sort this out? --Joel7687 00:15, 13 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Not only that, but the present version is approaching the laughable and is in serious need of some ref's. To take two examples: "Even Foreign Ngo's are asking them for help to distribute relief items.[external link]" and "Currently they are doing vaccination of the "Hepatitis B" at the much much discounted prices.
