I think overall the lead section did a really good job in summarizing Max Brodel's accomplishments and major facts, but there are a few parts that can possibly be deleted because I feel like they are more like details that can be incorporated into later sections. For example, "He was born in Germany, but eventually immigrated to the United States." sounds like something that would be placed in the "Early Life" section of a Wikipedia article regarding a person. Other than this minor change, the tone of the article sounds very appropriate for Wikipedia and doesn't exhibit any bias or objective viewpoints. I don't see any individual sections yet, but I assume that the writers are still working on it.

I think what you have so far is very strong. I think one thing that you should add in your beginning, as well as the other sections are sources within the article that will lead to your source page. In addition, I think your individual sections should be added. Based off of your beginning article, I think it would be interesting to learn more about his drawings. What did he draw? A couple of pictures would be nice as well. I also think that it would be interesting to have a section about how he became an artist and what mediums he uses. Drafting a new version[edit]

As part of a WikiEducation class, my partner and I are currently working on a draft to improve this article. The plan is to make some major changes in the organization by combining some sections together to make it flow chronologically and adding new sections with updated and more detailed information on Max Brödel along with appropriate additional references.
