Google Lawsuit

"Shortly after, Claudio of byoblu.com accused Mediaset of hypocrosy, pointing out that both television and media, controlled by the Berlusconi family, regularly used YouTube videos without permission themselves, and he showed one example where Corriere della Sera had used a clip of "Christian the lion - Full ending" from the charity bornfreefoundation in one of its own videos, edited and preceded with a fee-paying advertisement".

I don't understand this paragraph. First, who is "Claudio of byoblu.com"? Second, Corriere della Sera is not a media owned by the Berlusconi family or raleted to them, as you can read on the voices Corriere della Sera and RCS MediaGroup. And finally, what's the point? Really "someone accused Mediaset of hypocrisy" deserve a voice? Politics

"Berlusconi often uses the Italian television networks owned by the company for his own political interests, as was apparent in the elections of April 2006 where he tried to use his connections to host an unplanned debate between himself and Romano Prodi with an unsuccessful attempt to broadcast the whole time of the debate with just him in clear violation of election laws."

I believe this part of the article does not conform to a neutral point of view. It should either be removed or supported through an external source (that is not directly or indirectly tied to one of the current Italian governing parties).

- I instead beleave the BBC's profile is far from being NPOV: It's a undistinguishible mixture of facts and personal opinion of the BBC journalist who wrote it, along with a good set of stereotype. Certainly not a good source.

Confusing Fake News Section

I agree with Pika ten10. I have retrospectively added unsignedIP templates to the edits to help clarify who said what. Furthermore, please add new edits to the end of the Talk page. Yet furthermore, please do not remove other poster's comments. Please read the Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines. Geograpy

"Due to its close proximity, Malta, an island off of Sicily also receives broadcasts." Please be informed that unlike Malta, Sicily is part of Italy as well as Sardinia. Both these islands receive Mediaset as wall as RAI as well of all TIM broadcast. So I don't see any value in putting Sicily in evidencs.

Wrong Assertions on interferences

"Since Italy does not respect international rules (defined by ITU) for use of frequencies these broadcasts in border areas also cause interference to foreign TV channels.[citation needed]" That's wrong. Interferences at borders are true in both directions and are not due to the ITU regulation but o the fact that there are ITU channels that are designed for National plans that can be used by both the bordering nations. This doesn't ave anything about ITU, but requires bilateral agreements on how to manage the borders. What Italy and Switzerland and France have, but Italy and Malta don't. In any case saying Mediaset interfer foreign country broadcast is pow, since also foreign coutnry interfer Mediaset. And - in general - this is a problem all Europe has, since every country has its own local plan, not Italy as a "special case". Segrate ?!
