As noted, the key term is "obesity." The term "morbid obesity" refers to a subset of the term "obesity." Since this redirect was last edited almost a decade ago the article on obesity has certainly changed and the requested definitions of "obesity" and "morbid obesity" are now located there. I changed the redirect to obesity.
