Add Compliance[edit]

Addition of Contractility is incomplete without inclusion of Compliance. Change in Volume/Change in Pressure is likewise incomplete without contractility. The ability of both of these properties to create a Force capable of phosphorylation of ATP is a key component to the potential of myocardial Systole.

Remove Horizontal Bars[edit]

Effect of phosphorylation of phospholamban[edit]

I think the author has the concept of phospholamban phosphorylation and its effects confused. Would not inhibition of the SERCA pump decrease SR calcium concentration and there DECREASE contractility? Durkinmj10 (talk) 00:51, 27 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
