Lawsuit
[edit]I've removed the comment "Nick Licata sued the city of Seattle when his stepson was hit while crossing the street illegally." Licata didn't sue; his stepson did, and it is not at all clear Licata had anything to do with the decision. It's an awkward situation for him, but unless someone has a reference showing that he is pushing for the lawsuit, I'm not sure it belongs here.Bennetto (talk) 05:13, 15 May 2009 (UTC)
