There is no link in English to the last tribute film about Nikolay Kiselev[edit]

The only existing link "The Righteous among the nations" redirects to a non-existing wikipedia page Кристиан Сьерра (talk) 21:33, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you, Кристиан Сьерра. I have fixed this. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 22:23, 6 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I tried to translate the page from Russian into English.
As I am a new user, wikipedia doesn't allow me to publish it.

Кристиан Сьерра, I just don't have time to look at it now, but will add it to my list. However, according to IMDb, the English transliteration is Pravednik[1], which translates as simply "The Righteous", so unless you can give me a good reason why not, I think that the draft should be moved to Draft:The Righteous (film). You are right! The English transliteration is Pravednik (Righteous Among the Nations), which is an honorific used by the State of Israel to describe non-Jews who risked their lives during the Holocaust to save Jews from dying.
The Righteous [among the nations] would be a more precise translation.

Thanks for the citation. In English Wikipedia we would use the English title provided by English-language sources, and add the Russian title as shown on IMDb. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 10:11, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I've moved the draft and added a few English-language citations. I'll come back to it another day. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 10:29, 7 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
