Merge proposal[edit]

Currently, Noble Guard is acting like a disambiguation page but it is not actually disambiguating anything (I removed some redlinks recently). I think we should either delete it or merge it to this article. Thoughts? — Æµ§œš¹ _{[ãːɱ ˈfɹ̠ˤʷɪ̃ə̃nlɪ]} 17:23, 13 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Noble Guard (Vatican) → Noble Guard – WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. In addition to "Vatican" being an anachronistic disambiguator for most of the entity's history. All wikilinks seem to support this no disambiguator solution as well. PPEMES (talk) 19:04, 22 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Support. Since this is the only article with this name on English Wikipedia, it doesn't need the country disambiguation as part of its name.
