GA review (see here for what the criteria are, and here for what they are not)

I am going to have to quickfail this nomination. For the subject, the article has more information than I would ever have thought to be out there. Omak School District is on the Wikimap- however, with the prose in the shape it is, the images and the references being how they are, I just can't see it getting to that GA level. It just isn't a big enough subject.

  1. It is reasonably well written.
a (prose): b (MoS for lead, layout, word choice, fiction, and lists):
A lot of run-on sentences, some spelling errors... really does not flow very well.
  2. It is factually accurate and verifiable.
a (reference section): b (citations to reliable sources): c (OR):
The article cites the school district's website, The Spokes-Review about 30% of the time, The Wenatchee World about 20% of the time, The Nat. Cent. For. Edu. Stats. another 30% of the time, and even cites the Yellow Pages. (Which I have never seen before.
The sources are all reliable though, so I do not see that as a concern. TBrandley 22:23, 7 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
  3. It is broad in its coverage.
    a (major aspects): b (focused):
    That checks out.
  4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.
    Fair representation without bias:
  5. It is stable.
    No edit wars, etc.:
  6. It is illustrated by images and other media, where possible and appropriate.
a (images are tagged and non-free content have fair use rationales): b (appropriate use with suitable captions):
The article really does need some images.
  7. Overall:
    Pass/Fail:
Does not meet criteria. PrairieKid (talk) 04:57, 5 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
