Aren't there sinking homes in this section of Philadelphia? Why isn't that mentioned?

Key points[edit]

This article misses many key points about Overbrook, and states several items that are simply incorrect. Overbrook Park isn't a park at all, but rather, a neighborhood that is part of Greater Overbrook. Jerry Blavat never lived in Overbrook - he's a South Philly guy.
