The 2008 book Пулеметы русской армии в бою by Семён Федосеев has this "Tula proverb" on p. 74: "Пулеметы знает Бог, Третьяков и Пастухов". Those two guys were responsible for the PM M1910 basically. Someone not using his real name (talk) 12:16, 27 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
