Fair use rationale for Image:Paradox-lpperiod.jpg[edit]

Image:Paradox-lpperiod.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Notability and Sources[edit]

While I appreciate this article may be accurate, it's undeniable that there is a lack of independent sources surrounding this band - possibly due to this article being written by someone associated with the band.

Also of note is the fact that this article has a number of links which lead to dead or nonexistent pages, which further consolidates the above point. Statements such as "famous" also need to be cited or at least displayed to a reasonable standard, which I do not believe is the case on this instance.

For this reason, I have put a notability and a one-source template on this page. I would like to kindly ask that these templates aren't removed until the issues surrounding this article have been resolved to some extent.

I will try to find some information surrounding this band, and if I cannot - and no one else can, I may request that someone nominates this article for deletion.

Thank you,

Most available online sources appear to be in Thai. English coverage includes these news/magazine pieces [1][2][3][4]. --Paul_012 (talk) 14:03, 1 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Back then, news article didn't stay online that long. You don't see much coverage now doesn't mean the band didn't receive wide coverage back in the 2000s. Very few Thai website existed in the 1990s. --Lerdsuwa (talk) 09:41, 2 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you for the articles, Paul. I will try to use them to reference the article here. ItharBAbbas (talk) 17:27, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
Lerdsuwa, thank you for your reply. While I understand that the nature of online media was different in the early 2000s, this does not mean that information can be attributed to a Wikipedia article without the appropriate citations. It would be helpful if someone could translate some Thai newspapers or sources surrounding the band to be cited. You may have some luck finding Thai sources through newspaper archive websites which have archived Thai newspapers. ItharBAbbas (talk) 17:27, 3 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
