Keep in mind that "percent" is a subset of a ratio. E.g., to get "percent", you multiply your "relative" answer by 100 and tack a "%" to the end. Why 100? Because everyone else is doing it. +mt 16:53, 11 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
IMHO, When someone says, "percent difference", it sounds like they are uneducated. Years ago, you hardly heard this term at -- it was always "percentage difference". I think these two should be combined under "Percentage difference".Leon7 (talk) 14:14, 14 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]
