Kingsland Secondary school became Petchey Academy, so there is no need for two articles. Both in fact are small stubs and have few incoming links. They should be merged into the artcile on the current School. --Bduke (talk) 11:12, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The Learning Trust describes Petchey Academy very clearly as a new school, and Kingsland (High) School was clearly closed. However, they are indeed small stubs, and should be either merged or expanded. Coyets (talk) 11:27, 27 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

OPPOSE - Kingsland school was the site of the original school in which the Petchey Academy stands. Aside from the fact that they shared the same location, they are different entities and as such should have independent pages on Wikipedia. Furthermore Kingsland is more notable than Petchey because of its history, prominence and age (three decades or so) whereas the latter is only several years old. If anything Petchey should be merged with an article about the abundance of new Hackney Academies. Samuraiman89 (talk) 01:52, 13 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
