  I think this article needs improvement.  A person seeking the definition of "point of care" will not likely have more understanding after reading the first line, and what follows the first line pertains to another topic, namely "point of care documentation".
  Also, what it the meaning of the sentence which starts this talk section??   The title is "this".  Is this a typo?  Also, the first sentence is meaningless.

Agreed, if someone improves this article it would be a great service. However, I do not believed it should be merged into Point Of Care Documentation. "Point Of Care" is used in many other contexts, for example, I have heard "point-of-care testing" used to mean tests that produce near-immediate results, and can be used in making decisions during the same clinic visit as when the test is ordered. 199.217.2.108 (talk) 20:50, 21 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Agree that the direct of merge is wrong (should be in the other direction), as the topic is much broader. So, now, documentation is well-covered and there is scope for expanding the page to address other aspects of point-of-care. Klbrain (talk) 04:41, 5 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
