Crystal Ball?[edit]

I'm uncomfortable with the proliferation of the future tense in this entry. Quite apart for the "Not a Crystal Ball" provision, the entry as it is provides very little information about the current state of policy applications. If they're purely theoretical at this point, fine, but I'm pretty sure there are at least some concrete implementations that can be discussed. Unfortunately, this isn't really my area of expertise.
