2013-present agency[edit]

Does anyone know who took over issuing Solomon Islands stamps about 2013, and started pouring out hundreds of irrelevant stamps? A common pattern in many developing countries. Such “entrepreneurs” should be identified and included in the article. The sameness of the format is a giveaway... Ptilinopus (talk) 07:23, 11 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
