Conflicting Information[edit]

NOTE

There is conflicting data as to who won the Assemblyman position in First Queens.

All sources except one indicate that Mr. Kennedy won. The results PDF indicates that Mr. Cousins won. However, that same PDF indicates 5 Conservatives were elected, while only 4 are shown.

The Independent is recorded in all other sources as a Tory.

Note as well the vote balance between Assemblyman and Councillor tends to have the former having a few hundred more votes than the latter.

This riding in particular has a very large imbalance.

The imbalance can best be fixed if we presume a transposition error.

That being that Mr. Cousins did not get 976 votes, but rather, got 796 votes.

This is not "proof" by any means, but mearly speculation. Regardless. This irregularity needed to be pointed out.
