Capitalisation[edit]

Capitalisation is not a necessary part of the title (it is not capitalised in the source cited in the article). I think lower case should be used in this article as this appears to be recommended by Wikipedia's Manual of Style (Wikipedia:Manual of Style (capital letters)#Titles): "a public analyst" but referring to a specific person in that role the title would probably be "Public Analyst". —Snigbrook 13:11, 16 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Tone[edit]

The first couple of paragraphs use several different tones and styles of writing, suggesting multiple editors or edit sessions, it would be improved if it could be contracted into one more homogenous tone.78.144.90.82 (talk) 17:23, 28 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Rewrite[edit]

I have redone the first portion. However, there is a second part which looks like someone familiar with the work (who is probably right) but has no sources given. If this cannot be independently supported soon, it will have to go. Anyone got the right documents? Chemical Engineer (talk) 22:40, 29 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
