This is about as much as I have time to complete today. I hope the formatting is tolerable - seems like a bit more than just a stub. I'd like to get back and make the format more consistent with the rest of the encyclopedia. Status of page and pending improvements.[edit]
January 2011 this page is pending CITATIONS; HYPERLINKING; DOUBLE CHECKING. Submitting comments via Regulations.gov vs. by docket number[edit]
1) It would be useful to add a section explaining that comments for US federal agencies can be submitted either to the individual agencies using the docket number, or via the Regulations.gov website, which forwards the comments to the appropriate agency. Is there a source online that explains how these two alternatives work? 2) When did Regulations.gov start dispatching comments to other agencies?
