Does anyone have a credible source of info that lists when Reuben Bennett left Liverpool FC?

These witth info from a book by Paul Tomkins that says nothing more precise the 'the late 70s'

Also does anyone have any info credible sources that lists Bennett's birthday? At time of adding this comment the wikipedia article on Bennett says Dec 1913. I haven't seen that date listed online anywehre. I have seen one unofficial source online that says 1914.
