I just got a shock when reading the judgment to find the judge referring to the separate decision in Etridge no 2....78.32.54.26 (talk) 13:25, 11 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Disgustingly sparse[edit]

Why oh why does this page even exist? There is no context for the judgment, no attempt to provide an introduction into the problem of undue influence in contracts, no attempt to summarise the pertinent law laid down in it. Case in point, look at this paragraph:

"Lord Scott and Lord Hobhouse cast doubt on the utility of class 2B."

What use is this quote without any context to someone who wants a quick read up on undue influence, but doesn't know much about it? Would the reader know there are three different classes of undue influence (Class 1, 2A, 2B). Would he know what Class 2B undue influence is? Would he even know that undue influence is divided into classes??? No. He wouldn't know jack from reading this pathetic excuse of a wiki page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.7.222.175 (talk) 11:11, 25 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
