Name spelling[edit]

This is not his website! You are confusing the great Sergej Ignatov with his nephew... Look at other "Sergej" of Wikipedia, like Bubka... They are never written with an "i" (Sergei): frequently with a "y" (Sergey) and sometimes with a "j" (Sergej). Haex (talk) 13:14, 20 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Though it is correct that the above website is not his, the common spelling is still Sergei and not Sergej. Check for example the links that are put in the article, all links (and even the page itself) refers to Sergei and not to Sergej. Different person than Sergei Ignatov[edit]

There is another Sergei Ignatov (born 1960), Bulgarian politician and Egyptologist. He has a separate article, but the talk page link on that page redirects here.
