I'd have thought the sports in cardiff article might want to mention sports that are not just the big trophy sports. But even if you pick things that get TV coverage you've missed out loads of things.
Here are just some that sprang to mind.
Water polo [1] and also mentioned here [2] as containing Cardiff as a Welsh Centre for water polo
I'd have thought there would be mention of badminton [3][4], tennis [5][6], trampolining [7]
only judo and boxing are mentioned under martial arts but looking here [8] I see many different martial arts practices in cardiff.
and this [9]gets you loads of other sports volleyball, squash etc
Croquet played at Dyffryn gardens [10]
I get the impression that there is no High diving or springboard in Cardiff, but there used to be, so historical data for that could probably be mentioned. (as with the horse racing article)
Continuing from that horse racing line - there are still point to point races in the area, and small jumping competitions (but I have no links for those)
And as I seem to be going through the unusual sports Unicycle hockey where Cardiff are currently running second in the league [11]
I just found this too Cardiff_Double_Blues who appear to be a successful cardiff based aussie rules football team.
And come to think of it I've seen american football being played in roath park rec. so there must be a cardiff team for that too.
